Our Commitment to Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.

Conformance Status

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standards published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

Our website aims to achieve:

  • WCAG 2.1 Level AAA conformance where feasible
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance as our baseline standard
  • WCAG 2.1 Level A conformance as our minimum requirement

While we work toward AAA conformance, some content may currently meet AA or A standards. We acknowledge that achieving full AAA conformance across all content can be challenging, and we are committed to ongoing improvements.

  • Focus indicators on interactive elements

Technical Standards

  • Semantic HTML markup
  • ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) labels where appropriate
  • Compatible with assistive technologies such as screen readers

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, some limitations may exist:

  • Third-party content: Embedded content from third parties (such as videos, maps, or social media feeds) may not fully meet accessibility standards.
  • Legacy content: Older content may not meet current accessibility standards and is being reviewed and updated.
  • PDF documents: Some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible and we are working to remediate these.
  • Third-party integrations: Some plugins and integrations (such as forms or analytics tools) may have accessibility limitations.

We are actively working to address these limitations and improve accessibility across all areas of our website.
